A Facebook page named “PR Cambodian Government” posted an attack on Thai media, claiming the report about “Thailand controlling 11 border areas” was false, and asserted that Cambodia still holds those areas. On the Thai side, the Special Operations Centre for Thai-Cambodian Border Situations Management (SOC-TCBSM) confirmed that they have taken full control of all 11 areas since the morning of July 29, 2025.
